 Visit to Innovative schools      As a part of our B.ed programme Bethany Navajeevan College of Education conducted "Visit to Innovative Schools and Healthy Practice" on 18,19 and 25th of February 2020.  We have visited Bethany Navajeevan Matric School on 18-02-2020, Bethany Navajeevan CBSE School on 19-02-2020 and St.Francis Higher Secondary School, Vencode on 25-02-2020.  This innovative school visit gave us an opportunity to know more about the healthy practices they were practiced in the schools.  This gave us a chance for the direct interaction with the students and their activities. On the whole this was a useful experience for us.

 Bethania (2019-20) Bethania      Bethania is a sports and cultural competition of Bethany Navajeevan College of Education.  Bethania 2019-2020 was held at BNI campus for three days from 19th to 21st December.   First Day:       The first day was began with inaguration of cultural fest.   After the inauguration several cultural competitions such as speech, solo song, group song, display, tabulo, fashion show, group dance, solo dance were conducted and our student teachers actively participated in every event.   Second Day:        On second day the sports day inauguration was conducted on BNI auditorium.  After the inauguration the minor sports competition such as short put, discuss throw, javelin throw, Tunnel ball were conducted.  In the afternoon session Throw ball and kabadi also conducted.  The winner for the events were announced by the organizers. ...

 Bethania for schools      Bethania is a sports and cultural meet of Bethany Navajeevan Institutions.  It was held on first two weeks of August in both Matric and CBSE schools respectively.  In this academic year of 2019-2020  they have included B.ed student teachers as animators and organizers in this programme for our personal experience.  We actively support the school students and encourage them effectively.  This increase the team spirit of theirs as well as us.   As we are the future trachers it was an realistic experience for us.

 Citizenship Training Camp Introduction      Citizenship Training camps are typically multi-day classes that are used to teach people how to be a good citizen in their country of residence.  These camps usually cover cultural differences,  leadership skills and patriotic themes.      In Bethany Navajeevan College of Education, citizenship Training Camp was conducted from 04-12-2019 to 07-12-2019.  The main objective of this training programme was to develop civic sense and social ethics. Day1      On the first day camp inauguration was conducted at 9.00 am in Bethany auditorium.  After the inauguration a seminar was handled by Dr. Dungston on the topic " Educator the creators of the creator". It was a wonderful seminar which motivate us to become a energetic creators.      In the afternoon session there was a awareness programme on "First Aid and Personal Hygiene". ...

  TRIUMPH 2K19 Institution Annual Day      Triumph 2k19 was the annual day of Bethany Navajeevan Institutions.  It was celebrated on 22-11-2019.  Bethany Navajeevan College of Education played a active role in the programme.  We have given the chief guests a warm welcome in the entrance and a grant aarathi was performed by us as tradition to welcome them.  We gifted them a saplings as a token of love.  Then many different varieties of programmes were performed by the school students. Later the programme came to an end by our grant patriotic dance performance.  This Celebration help us to build unity among the Institution.

 Extension Lecture Series      Extension Lecture Series was conducted in our college by the department of Mathematics on 19-09-2019 on the topic " Values for Valuable Life". The session begins with prayer song continued by welcome address and Introductory speech was given by Fr. Daniel OIC. Then the session was handover to our resource person Mr. Anto Sanjay from Ethiopia.  He gave a gentle talk on the topic "Values for Valuable Life".  His talk brought a emotional impact on us. "People with self respect always respect others" and "Every man has a breaking point" are some of things he induce within us.  Then he had gave 5 questions to think and write a thesis abot values and we completed the task within one week and submitted our work. So this was a chance to analyse our own values.

 Exhibition      In our college an exhibition was conducted on 02-12-2019 at 9.30 am by first year student teachers.  The programme was began with Prayer song followed by prayer, Bible reading and welcom address.  After that Fr. Daniel OIC, principal of Bethany Matric Hr. Sec. School gave an Inaugural address.  By vote of thanks and Tamil Tai Vazhthu morning assembly came toa an end.  The theme of the exhibition was "Human Innovation" and many sub themes were assigned and  sub theme of our group  was " Bio diversity technology Innovation".  My topic is "Bio diversity innovation in endangered plant species".  I have exhibit parts of palm tree as it is an endangered plant species in our Tamil Nadu.  Around 10.30 am Rev. Father's, principal and evaluators started visiting our groups and asked more question about the topic. We have explained our exhibition to the school students as they visited the exhibition...

Field Trip         A field trip is a visit to an area outside of the normal classroom where students can try new things, have different experiences and learn valuable life lessons.  Bethany Navajeevan College of Education conducted a field trip for the student teachers on 13-09-2019.  In this trip we have visited various sites like Thiparappu Falls, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Puliyoorkurichi Devasahayam Pillai Church and kanyakumari.  We began our journey at 7 am from the college campus and return at 9.20 pm.  This trip gives us the chance to acquire more historical knowledge as well as the pleasure of being together.  The day become most memorable day in my life.

 GANDHIJI CLUB      Gandhiji Club in our college was inaugurated on 09-11-2019 at 10am in Bethany Auditorium. The theme of this inauguration is "Save Constitution".  The programme began with prayer song and Ms. M. Anitha welcomed the gathering. Rev.Fr. Dr. John Christopher OIC gave a talk about laws and introduce the chief guest Adv. Mathiyas.  Adv. Mathiyas gave a detailed talk about laws and divisions of our constitution.  He also asked us to be aware of our rights.  After that to clarify their doubts student teachers asked some questions to him.  Finally the programme came to an end by the vote of thanks by Mini Misma.  

 EINSTEIN CLUB      Einstein Club inauguration was conducted on 06-11-2019 at 2 Pm in Bethany Auditorium.  The theme of this program was "Exploring Creation".  After the prayer song, Mrs. M Ancy delivered the welcome address.  The annual report was read by Mrs. M. F. Jemisha, Assistant Professor, department of Physical Science.Then the motivational speech was given by Mrs. Mary Josephine, Assistant Professor, Department of English.  After the motivational speech various programs such as skit, song, News reading and dance were performed by our student teachers.  Miss. V. Pratheeba concluded the session through her words of gratitude.

 ANGLO CLUB      In our college, Anglo Club was inaugurated on 04-11-2019 around 2pm at Bethany Auditorium.  The theme of the club was "knowledge and wisdom".  The program began with prayer song. Miss. Nisha. N welcomed the gathering.  Annual report was read by Mrs Mary Josephine, Assistant professor, department of English.After that Dr. S K Bernet delivered the motivational speech.In his speech he explained about the theme knowledge and wisdom.  Then many variety programs include skit, single song, role play, poem recitation, special talk, dance and tableau were performed by our student teachers.  Miss. S H Fathima Sowmiya conconcluded the program through her words of gratitude.

 BODMAS CLUB                     In our college, Bodmas Club was inaugurated on 23-10-2019 around 10am at Bethany Auditorium.  The theme of the club was "Think Different".  The program began with prayer song. Mr.L.M.Lino welcomed the gathering.  Annual report was read by Mrs.T.Irin Jeba, Assistant professor, department of Mathematics.After that Dr. S K Bernet delivered the motivational speech. Then many variety programs include skit,themetic speech, special talk and group dance  were performed by our student teachers.  Mr.J.P.Tamil Arunan conconcluded the program through her words of gratitude.                    

  ECO CLUB      In our college, the inauguration of Eco Club was held on 27-09-2019 at 9.30 am in Bethany Auditorium. The theme of this program was "Go Green".  Miss R. Nivethitha welcomed the gathering. Then the annual report was read by Mrs. S R Ajila Angel, Asst Prof, department of biological science.Introductory speech was given by our principal Dr. SK Bernet.Then our correspondent Rev Dr. John Christopher OIC delivered motivational speech which tells us that "Do Justice to our Nature".  The program came to an end by the Nutritious food preparation competition among student teachers.

 Inauguration of B.ed 12th Batch                        B.ed inauguration was held on 06-08-2019 at 8.30 am in Bethany Auditorium.  The Chief Guest of the program was Very Rev. Dr. Mathew Jacob Thiruvalil OIC. In his presidential address he talks about one of the important qualities of teachers. He wanted all the teachers of Bethany should be more generous to offer the wisdom we recieved.  Then the south was represent by our principal.  After that our correspondent Dr. John Christopher OIC felicitate the gathering.He advised us to try to get experience through every opportunities. Then the program came to an end vote of thanks by Mrs. Mary Josephine, assistant professor of English.

 Students Union Council Election                     "Students Union Council Election" was held on 24-07-2019 at 1.45 pm in Bethany Auditorium.  In this program Dr. S K Bernet gave the presidential address,in which he mentioned the qualities of a good leader.Then, the election was conducted. In the election  they elected Chairman and secretary from the second years and the deputy chairman and the fine arts secretary from the first years. Representatives and assistant representatives were also elected on that day.  Finally the day end with national anthem.

  MORNING ASSEMBLY      In our college morning assembly had been conducting in a good manner at 9.00am in the college ground.  It was handled by both first and second year student teachers.  Each and every student got opportunity to handle this session.  The assembly consist of various programs including prayer song, prayer, Bible reading, Gita reading, Quran reading, News reading, Thirukural telling, Moral values, Thought for the day, Asking General Knowledge questions, Proverb, Special, Idioms and Phrases, Learn a word and Better English.  Every monday Flag hoisting Ceremony also conducted.  One of our professors give special talk on some common topics.  Finally our assembly session come to an end by Tamil Thaivazhthu.
